  This ulta is great as a whole, great selection of products and mostly friendly staff, except Morgan. My sister, mom and I made appointments weeks in advance for hair and make up because we were bridesmaids and she somehow put it wrong on the computer and the day of she did not want to do both saying we didn't book that appointment. Why would we only book make up and not hair, I can do my own make up at home but I can't see the back of my head to do a fancy up-do. She took so long with my sister that I just went home to do my own hair and make up. She was so rude to us instead of trying to fix the situation but thankfully the other ladies tried to accommodate us. I think ill look for a salon next time and I won't be going back for that there, just to purchase beauty products.
