  I went to Hospitality a few months ago- my first experience with botox. I waited 2 weeks to see full results- I had none. Went back and was told either the botox was not fresh or I had an immunity to it - which is rare. I was offered new botox treatment at no charge (which standard if botox does not work the first time) A brand new vile of botox used- a few hours later I had bruising under my right eye. I called and emailed the company. Jamie was very nice and returned my phone call and email promptly. - She promptly offered my money back. No postive results from the botox again after 2 weeks of waiting. My experience was not positive - I have yet to seek a second opinion- but I plan on it. Hospitality is a calming - professional enviornment- I feel they should put more effort in to consulting potential customers on all options and side affects.
